Judge John Aletta is an AWESOME judge. He heard my case, took in all the facts and made a decision. I was very impressed by the questions he asked and I was truthful throughout the entire hearing. I believe along with the documented medical evidence and the truth, your case will go in your favor.

I encountered Judge Alger via a video hearing. The case I had was a tough one involving an auto-immune disorder. The Judge was well prepared, non-adversarial, and really a pleasure to appear before. He was no B.S. and to the point, but allowed us to put our case in fully. He had ready my pre-hearing memo. I would happily appear before him again. A true professional. Fair and unbiased in my opinion. Everything you want in a judge.

Judge: Carol A Sax

Judge Sax denied my case. The va expert agreed i could not work. Judge sax decided i could work part time in a mail room. I am 54 yrs old. I have worked for 30 years. I have spinal stenosis. Depression anxiety. Also carpel tunnel. I found her rude and after 6 years to get denied she has ruined my life.

Judge?? He must’ve been reading the newspaper instead of medical reports from all my doctors. Clearly reads can’t lift more than 10 lbs, if work 4 hours probably need breaks every 15-30 minutes. Tremors that are side effect from side medication, he believes it’s from coffee intake and I should switch my meds for epilepsy even if consequences are worse. Fair?? Judge?? Thanks, single dad that lost everything .

Stay away from this fraudulent judge. Former workers comp defense attorney, she will lie and misconstrue evidence to make sure you are not approved. Your odds are close to 0 with her. She forms a bias against you before you walk into your hearing. She will not care if you have 10 or all of the world’s leading experts treating you. She feels nothing for a person’s suffering. What a heartless, soulless woman.

Judge: Jane A Crawford

Judge Jane Crawford had heard my case in 2013. I was the first case on a Monday morning at 8:30 am. She was living proof that she was pure **** on that day. She was a very hateful. And even if I had a good case she still denied my claim. I can only hope that she herself has to stand in front of a judge just as mean as she was.

I had my hearing October 2016, My decision letter arrived December 2016, (Actually 45 days)!! FAVORABLE .. Judge Sharda Singh is very polite, and understanding. She wished me well in the future for my health after the hearing. Every case situation is different. I had a lawyer and many medical documents to support my case which is very, very important...This Judge is awesome pray that get her!!

Well I was denied by this judge on 3/6/2015. Since that time, my conditions have gotten worser than what they were when I had my hearing. Actually, I was hospitialized within that same month from 3/28 to 4/8 for major depressive disorder recurrent episode severe, generalized anxiety disorder, vasovagal syncope, & allergic rhinitis. I also got hospitalized again from 5/2 to 5/12 because of major depressive disorder recurrent severe. I was also hospitalized again from 11/26 to 12/3 and this time for bipolar affective disorder depressed severe with psychotic behavior. My pains have also gotten worser because I can't stand or walk for long periods of time without my sides, the lower part of my back, and my right leg hurting. This judges decision on me, I feel was not right. I have all of these problems with me and as the time went by, they just got worse. SO I SAY THANKS TO THIS JUDGE FOR THIS DECISION. NOT. I have also worked and put in the time to recieve my benefits and still didn't get it. SO I HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOURSELF CAUSE I'M NOT.

Judge: Alexander P Borre

Not a fan. Either he is just an unhappy person in general or he is just ill suited to this position. No empathy whatsoever. It's almost like he got this job, started doing it and realized, wait, I really don't like this. That may be the case, but don't take it out on the Claimants who have paid into the system. Does not appear to read the files in advance. His hypothetical s frequently do not track the claimant's actual restrictions.

She was a very pleasant judge. She let my attorney talk as well as myself, everything was very quick and calm. She is a joy to be around. She also was very nice to my daughter which is the person I was there for I could not have asked for a better judge. She didn't give me a bench decision but I'm very hopeful. She said I should get a letter within six weeks. Fingers crossed!!! :)

Although I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect, my interview went pretty good, only to BE DENIED 4 MONTHS later. This judge has NO idea how her decision has impacted my entire life. I'm ALWAYS IN PAIN, not to mention, i suffer from depression and now I have to wait 15-18 MORE MONTHS for this next appeal! Just because I'm "young" it doesn't take away from the FACT that I'll have 6 screws in my lower back forever. Ive been fighting my case for almost 4 yrs already, Its unfair and even tho I'm only 30, I ACTUALLY have a medical problem and SUFFER from chronic pains and Muscle Spasms. I didn't choose this life. Yet I get denied because I'm to young and I speak well enough to find a "sit down" job!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS !!!!! What does my age and my vocabulary have to do with my PAINNNNNN !!!!!! PLEASE PRAY FOR ME BECAUSE I DON'T DESERVE THIS !!! (Tears) IN JESUS NAME, MY CASE IS FAVORABLE !!!!!!!

Judge: Edward F Sweeney

Judge: Sharda Singh
2/9/2015 6:04:26 PM

I had my hearing with Judge Sharda Singh on 12/22/14. Right off the bat, I could tell this woman had an attitude and didn't want to to be there that morning. She would ask me the same questions over and over again, even after I answered her. My lawyer had requested for me to be awarded a "Closed Period of Benefits" and after I gave her my testimony, my hearing was done. I finally got my answer from her office today 02/09/15 and it was a denial. I feel that her decision was not fair and was offended at some of ger notes in my letter. 12 pages of insults towards my character...so rude! To anyone reading this, please pray to God, Buddah or whomever you worship, that you don't get her as your ALJ.

My case was heard by judge Jane A Crawford on Oct 27 2014. Was wondering how long it usually takes to know if I was approved or not cause I haven't heard anything yet. Judge Jane Crawford was nice. To me I was very nervous. I had a lawyer and still had to do a lot of talking. Still waiting on the desicion.

Judge Davis was awesome!! I had my hearing 9/4/14. She was attentive, engaged, and passionate. She is clearly concerned about the claimants and makes the best decision for them. However, she did not give me a bench decision.....but, I do feel confident about it.

I guess I seen her on her bad day she was sick and could careless that I had been wobbling around on a torn acl and shattered meniscus and an anckle that also needed surgery same leg for the past 3years unfixed. She told me I was nolonger able 2 do the job I had been doing for 20 years which was food service serving tables or demo samples but I could do a harder more vigorous jobs like laundry attendant or house keeping that included climbing latters and climbing steps while carrying laundry or whatever. I was also told that being manic depressant, ptsd and bipolar wasn't crazy enough. So the bottom line was I worked enough quarters but Im not hurt or crazy enough. May her unwell being is what through her day and mine off or maybe she jus didn't care that I haven't had a god leg 2 work on in 3 yrs.. ooh and BTW they jus fixed my knee this yr and its been damaged and unstable for so long I had to have over 60% of my medial meniscus removed and its not healing well at all so now its taking longer to also fix my foot. So I'll be limping in pain and wobbling for ever. Which will continue to keep me depressed But I don't deserve the money I worked for all these years. I thank Mrs Davis every holiday and birthday I cant afford gifts for my two kids on being Autisic.. SO THANK YOU MRS.KELLY DAVIS FOR MAKING ME AND MY KIDS LIFE A LIVING ****.. I feel like she feeds into the system that allows drug addicts the right to benefits for destroying their own brain for 20+ years never contributing anything but someone who has worked and contributed to the system cant get whats rightfully ours and it makes me sad for our world.

If only judges had some training and insight into the complex workings of the human brain. Disabled DOES NOT MEAN STUPID! So just because I may have a good vocabulary or I may be intelligent, does not by any stretch of the imagination mean I am not greatly suffering. I've spent over 40 years tormented by demons, nightmares, flashbacks & self-mutilation. And you want proof? People like you don't understand that people like me can't just jump on a comfy, plush sofa for CBT or EMDR and be "over it" in six months.

Judge: Kim K Griswold

I do not care for Kim K. Griswald, as she does not care for me. Yes, I have used substances throughout the years, probably because of my condition. My only hope to make it in this world was social security income, and now that's shattered. She grilled me on my marijuana use, and honestly that stuff HELPS me, and I know this, because I'm me. It's 2013, and I just got my decision of unfavorable. Thanks Kim

Judge: Edward F Sweeney

Had 3 video-teleconference hearings in a row with Judge Sweeney. Thorough, professional, courteous and compassionate. The only problem was the remote location. The local SSA office hosting the hearings didn't open until 9:00, yet the first hearing was scheduled to start at 9:00. Nothing that the judge can control. He was patient and tolerant about our getting started late because of SSA's new office hours.

She is such a cutie, with true joy in her heart. She cares very much about the claimants who appear before her and does her best to get them a decision as soon as possible. We need more like this hard working judge.

I found her to be thoughtful, compassionate, and willing to allow the attorney to direct the questioning. She made a responsible, efficient, carefully considered bench decision, without fanfare or hesitation; did not play games.
