Judge Michael D Cofresi displays such a superior attitude in his decision writing style that implants the feeling that he throws his decision at you...confident that you will have no defense against it. It becomes a meeting-of-the-minds to figure out who really has the better hand. He thinks he is being through in finding issues to deny you on, but he overlooks the fact that there are SS Regulations and applicable steps that even he must adhere to.
